More about Pew

We’re a driven team of researchers, communicators, advocates, subject matter experts, and other professionals working on today’s big challenges—and we know we’re more effective and creative collectively than we are individually. We provide trusted information that grounds public discourse and illuminates issues that matter. Our work focuses on strengthening democracy, conserving the environment, and building the civic infrastructure that helps people and communities thrive.

In all that we do, we’re nonpartisan, innovative, entrepreneurial, and dedicated to serving the public.

We also promote a hybrid work environment, offering a balance of remote and in-person time, which we’ve found leads to stronger relationships, innovation, and a welcoming culture.

Our flexible and engaging environment:

Working at Pew gives you the flexibility of a hybrid environment and a meaningful opportunity to regularly spend time with your colleagues in person. At Pew, we come into the office each Tuesday and Wednesday and have the option of working from home every Monday, Thursday, and Friday. The two in-office days each week give us space to create the connections that lead to trusting relationships, innovation, and a welcoming culture. While in the office, staff members dress in ways consistent with their individual style, gender identity or expression, and/or religious beliefs.
