Former Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. chair Sheila Bair discusses the ongoing need for financial reform. Bair, a senior advisor to The Pew Charitable Trusts, will lead the Systemic Risk Council, a new group charged with monitoring and encouraging regulatory reform of U.S. capital markets.
