The National Prevention Council (NPC), a 20 agency body created by the Affordable Care Act, developed the National Prevention Strategy (NPS) with input from the Prevention Advisory Group, among others, to guide our nation in identifying and implementing the most effective and achievable strategies for improving American’s health and well‐being. In this session individuals connected with the NPC and NPS will describe the role of HIAs for the NPC, and how they are being used by federal agencies.
