Please join The Pew Charitable Trusts’ flood-prepared communities initiative and Senator Jack Reed (D-RI) for a Capitol Hill briefing, “Disaster Mitigation Is Smart Infrastructure.” It will address the impacts of more frequent flooding in communities and examine ways in which policymakers can make hospitals, schools, and other infrastructure more resilient to natural disasters.
